Site Map

This page will describe the content on each page and the design elements.

The home page to the website is simply a portal to the Wordpress files. It has a square image with panels of bright pink, pale pink, gray, and navy blue. It is reminiscent of a Frank Lloyd Wright glass design. It was created using a table by Susan Fitzmaurice. Inside one of the panels is an image of a woman with her arms and legs contorted. This is part of a painting by Harilyn Rousso created for a children’s book about herself. More about her and her art can be seen at Birth, Mine. The image is copyrighted.

Each successive page has a header at the top and side bars on each side. The left side bar is for decoration only. The right sidebar acts as a menu. The Wordpress template used was created by Mike Cherim and is called Accessible Beast-Blog.

Each page is created by a different woman who experiences physical and / or speech impairments leading to disability.
